Welcome to Bilal School ERP.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bilal School ERP website, web-based ERP system, mobile application, and related services (“Services”) operated for Bilal School.

By accessing or using the Bilal School ERP, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About Bilal School ERP

Bilal School ERP is a school management and communication platform designed to help Bilal School manage and provide access to school-related services and information.

The Services may include:

  • Student management

  • Parent/guardian management

  • Teacher and staff management

  • Student attendance

  • Staff attendance

  • Timetable

  • Homework and classwork

  • Digital diary

  • School notices and announcements

  • Examination schedules and results

  • Academic information

  • Fee and account information

  • Online fee payments, where enabled

  • School calendar and holidays

  • Student remarks

  • Communication between school and authorized users

  • Other school-management features

The availability of particular features may depend on the user's role and the services enabled by the school.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Access

Bilal School ERP is intended for authorized users associated with Bilal School, including:

  • Students

  • Parents/guardians

  • Teachers

  • School staff

  • School administrators

  • Other persons specifically authorized by the school

Users must use the services only for legitimate school-related purposes.

Unauthorized persons must not attempt to access the ERP, mobile application, administrative areas, databases, or other restricted portions of the Services.

3. User Account and Login Credentials

Certain features require users to log in using credentials provided or authorized by Bilal School.

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping their username, password, OTP, and other login credentials confidential

  • Not sharing their account with another person

  • Logging out from devices where appropriate

  • Informing the school if they suspect unauthorized access

  • Providing accurate information when requested

Users are responsible for activities performed through their authorized account, subject to applicable law and circumstances outside their control.

4. Parent and Student Accounts

Where a parent/guardian account is linked to one or more students, the parent/guardian may be provided access to information relating to the student(s) according to the permissions and records configured
